The appointment started 20–30 minutes later than the scheduled time, but they say if a patient arrives late, it costs £1 per minute, that feels like a double standard. The final treatment cost was about £90 more than what they initially told me.After reading the clinic’s reply, I would like to add the following notes:I understand NHS fees are set by the Scottish Government, not the clinic. My issue is the communication. After the check-up I was told £70, but after treatment I was charged about £160, without a clear explanation "before" treatment. This could have been resolved by a simple apology and acknowledgement of the misunderstanding, instead of blaming the patient.Also, when the filling later fell out and I returned for a repair, the clinic confirmed by email that Dr. Ghaffar would repair it. However, at reception I was told the dentist would not see me because of my Google review. I then had to go to another dentist and now need to wait around 2 more months for treatment.I’m sharing this review to explain my experience: the delay policy felt one-sided, the cost was not clearly communicated before treatment, and I was refused follow-up care after the filling failed, apparently because I left a review.

My experience with S&A Smile Clinic have always been pleasant (as far as dentist work can be pleasant). Staff are friendly, professional and accommodating to sort out your appointments. Would recommend as a city centre practice 👍🏻.

I would definitely recommend here. Kat & Rishab been so very welcoming & helpful when you come in, and my dentist Dr Ahmed has been taking care of my teeth more than I do. Deserves my 5 stars

Dr. Ayesha and their team at S&A smile clinic are exceptional! From the warm welcome at the front desk to the thorough, gentle care during my visit, I felt completely at ease. The office is modern and clean, and Dr. Ayesha took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood my treatment options. A calm and composed environment, excellent recommendations and professional behaviour. Highly recommend. Being a practice in city centre they offer NHS treatment as well.

The staff and service at this practice is amazing. Very welcoming and supportive during appointments and accommodates to all my needs. The practice itself is stunning and provides NHS and private treatment completely based on what I want. Follow up care is great and I can get an emergency appointment on the same day! I recommend this practice to everyone :)

I recently completed a significant amount of dental work at this surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The dentist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which put me at ease. I felt confident in their expertise throughout the entire process.Beyond the excellent dental care, the entire team is wonderful. Time management is not this Dentist strong point .1st appointment had to wait 45mins, 2nd appointment waited 1 hr past appointment time.3rd visit was informed when I arrived for my 11.45 appointment that Dentist was running 30mins late, then was informed she was running 1hr 15mins late. As I had other plans for that afternoon I cancelled appointment. Today was my 4th appointment 2pm at 2.20 when I was on the Dentist chair waiting for her was informed that she was held up at their other practice with an emergency but she would be here soon ! No thanks ! Mayb Ayesha should invest in a time management course.It's a shame that the receptionist have to deal with constantly having to apologise for poor timekeeping. Unless you have hours to spare waiting about I would AVOID.

Avoid!! After cancelling my filling appointment with fair warning the receptionist called me the day of and demanded I pay £135 fee stating they didn’t receive the cancellation.After giving evidence of cancelling, the fee fluctuated from £135 to £0 and back to £45 . Dr Ayesha insisted I pay a fee even though the fault was with their booking system. 0 values , find somewhere else!

The practice is a very warm and welcoming environment. Couldn't fault staff, very helpful and understanding. Dr. Ayesha talked me through my treatment and put my mind at ease as very anxious about dental visit's. Was also relaxed throughout my hygienist appointments!

The worst dental practice i have done my 2 root canal treatment 1 and half year back and both are failed and i contact the practice and she does not take the responsibility and i suffered alot and you guyz are not deserve one star at all I regret what i choose this practice now i changed my practice and donot recommend anyone to choose this practice

Invisalign on point - composite bonding wonderful new smile with such a great team. Thank you for everything, team spirit, reception staff nurses and dentist. I am very nervous but using the relaxation lounge really helped. Super impressed.

Excellent service.Reception Staff are very accommodating and welcoming.Have been a patient for a number of years and have had everything from fillings to teeth whitening. Currently having invisalign treatment which has been a life saver for my grinding and occlusion. Sobiah is superb and her staff are awesome, never had any problems highly recommend.

I have just had composite bonding done today! OMG what an amazing team !!Dr Ayesha was amazing completely listen to me and carry out bespoke treatment ! She also had an assistant Ayesha too ! who had great patience. From the moment I went in Lynn ensured I was put at ease and ready for treatment. The treatment took 7 hours and I can honestly say it’s the best treatment I’ve ever experienced ! Thank you Dr Ayesha Glasgow is very lucky to have you ! See you next week

Wonderful treatment with a friendly, personable approach :)I hadn't been to a dentist in about 7 years but was immediately put at ease by the lovely staff at Parnie Street. Making an appointment was a breeze and I had my teeth checked, polished, whitened and new veneers fitted by Amy and her brilliant team giving me a smile I'd been longing for with no up-selling or pressure involved.Instead, when I enquired about or suggested something, I was given highly professional advice from an experienced point of view which kept both my expectations realistic and my goals in sight.I can't speak highly enough about this practice and any nervousness or hesitation about vising the dentist have now gone.

I’ve been attending this practice for routine treatments for many years now, however, I’ve had to have quite a lot of cosmetic work done on my teeth recently. Ayesha and her team have made the treatments easy and are being done to an extremely high standard. She takes great care and her attention to detail is second to none in both the planning and the completion of the work. I really feel they have gone the extra mile there to get the smile I always wanted. Top class.
