- Consultation
Your free initial consultation is a chance to learn about dental implants and how the process works. We will show you previous case studies of patients who have undergone treatment with dental implants. Your dentist will also ask you some questions about your medical background and get to know you and what you would like to achieve through treatment. - Evaluation
One of our experienced practitioners will evaluate your suitability for dental implants and carry out a comprehensive examination of your teeth and oral soft tissues. This includes taking a CBCT scan and X-rays of your smile, which are used to generate a 3D image of your mouth. Should we find that you have lost too much natural bone in your jaw, we may need to send you for a bone graft to build up healthy bone. This will maximise the success of the implant placement process and healing phase.
- Implant Placement
On the day of surgery, your dentist will go through the treatment plan with you again to make sure you know what to expect. If you have opted for sedation, this will be administered by an experienced sedation dentist, who will carefully monitor you throughout the procedure. Once your implant has been placed, we will ask you to come in for check-ups, allowing us to monitor the healing progress.
- Bespoke Crown
A bespoke crown is created from digital impressions of your teeth. Your crown will be made in the image of your smile. Our detail-orientated dental technicians will ensure your crown is the correct shade for your smile, and that its proportions are optimal and in sync with neighbouring teeth.
