- Evaluation
One of our experienced practitioners will evaluate your suitability for dental implants and carry out a comprehensive examination of your teeth and oral soft tissues. This includes taking a CBCT scan and X-rays of your smile, which are used to generate a 3D image of your mouth.We will check your bone density, to pinpoint the precise areas of the jaw with the most volume. The implants will be placed at 45-degree angles within these sites, allowing them to provide maximum support and stability for the bridge or dentures that will fit over the top.
All-on-4 implant surgery
If you need to have failing teeth extracted before implant placement, this will happen on the day of implant surgery. We will provide conscious IV sedation to patients who feel they might benefit from a helping hand to stay relaxed during their surgery.
The implants are placed within the jaw using the most minimally invasive techniques possible.
- Healing Time
Your jaw will need to heal for approximately 6-9 months, during which time your dentist will monitor your progress at regular check-ups.
- Bespoke Long-term Teeth
Once your jaw has healed your bespoke dentures or bridge can be fitted. Your dentist will check your bite and make small adjustments if necessary.
