If you need to replace a full arch of missing teeth with implants, All-on-4 is a ground-breaking treatment that makes this possible in just a single appointment.
All-on-4 implants are an economical implant system suitable for patients who need to replace one or two full arches of teeth.
Using a small number of implants (usually one, two or six), it’s possible to secure a bespoke denture or bridge in place on the day of your implant surgery.
No more waiting around for a functional set of teeth or having to live with gaps in your smile during the healing period. All-on-4 is dubbed ‘teeth in a day’ for this reason, and it’s becoming increasingly popular with our patients.
The All-on-4 system is recommended to patients for the following reasons:
Cost-effective way to Replace Teeth with Implants
If you need to replace one or two arches of teeth, using one implant per tooth can be costly. All-on-4 utilises a small number of implants to secure a whole arch of teeth, reducing the cost for patients. This is made possible by maximising the foundation provided by dense areas of the jawbone. Not only will this save you money, but it will also give you a strong and immovable set of teeth.
Same Day Teeth
The most impactful benefit of All-on-4 is that you don’t have to wait months to have a set of functional teeth. We will fit you with a temporary set of teeth during the healing time. Once the jaw has fully healed, we can replace these with your new set of long-term teeth.
Single dental implants do not offer this benefit, as patients need to wait for up to 6 months to receive a restoration of any kind.
Enhanced Stability, Fit and Aesthetic
All-on-4 is a significant step up from conventional dentures and bridges, which cause jawbone recession, tooth wear, and gum irritation.
Implant-supported restorations protect your oral health by acting like real teeth. They sit in your jaw (just as a real tooth root would) and the restorations we create to fit over the top are lightweight and cosmetically whilst providing optimal comfort.
If you need to have failing teeth extracted before implant placement, this will happen on the day of implant surgery. We will provide conscious IV sedation to patients who feel they might benefit from a helping hand to stay relaxed during their surgery.
The implants are placed within the jaw using the most minimally invasive techniques possible.
We are fully invested in every step of your journey, and we adopt a patient-centric mindset during the consultation process, and beyond.
We will discuss the options that make clinical sense for your mouth, and we place a great deal of emphasis on your health and well-being as a whole. This holistic approach is our starting point for tooth replacement treatment.
Finance should not be a barrier to bettering your oral health, smile, or confidence. We believe in fair prices for our patients, and we offer 0% finance to make treatments such as dental implants accessible to all.
