Dr Emma Mccallum is a dentist with an interest in restoring mild to severe tooth wear, using minimally invasive techniques.
Emma is originally from the west coast of Scotland. She graduated from the University of Dundee in 2018 with a degree in Dentistry. In 2021, she joined the SA Smile Clinic.
Emma is committed to continuous learning, completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry from the University of Portsmouth in 2024. She is now pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field.
Her approach focuses on minimally invasive techniques to ensure long-term patient satisfaction, using advanced tools like iTero scanners and working with top dental labs to create tailored treatment plans.
In addition to her formal education, Emma has completed courses in composite bonding, aesthetics, oral surgery, implant restoration, and crowns and veneers. Her dedication to professional development ensures that her patients receive the best possible care.
Outside of work, Emma is a fitness enthusiast and achieved a personal milestone by completing the Edinburgh Marathon in 2023. Her dedication to both her patients and personal growth makes her a valued member of the SA Smile Clinic team.
